Global Working has designed and developed a Training Program to Spanish nurses in order to provide healthcare services to Norwegian people.

All the nurses have been accepted in the Programm after passing a recruitment process, where different assessment tools have been used.

Once they have been enrolled in the Program, they have received 650 hours of Norwegian of live classes by native speaker teachers. Also, nurses have learn technical vocabulary regarding their proffesion thanks to our “Helsenorsk” module.

They have received various cultural seminars to garantee a proper adaptation to their new country.

As they have received the authorization to work in Norway as a nurse, in the following videos you have the chance to know them and find out the reasons to care people in Norway.
